A reminder to Club members that, as reported in the last newsletter, a series of 15 Minute Mini Workshops will be held on the first Tuesday and first Saturday of each month. In August (that's during the coming week) there will be a demonstration workshop on No Waste Flying Geese. To reinforce the learning experience you may wish to bring one square of fabric (5 &1/4") four different coloured squares (2& 7/8") and some pins.
As a group with over 100 enthusiastic members, we make quilts for charity, hold workshops, organise quilt shows and have lots of fun creating and sharing! Club details at toowoombaquiltersclub.org

Reminder - Christmas in July
Remember that we will celebrate "Christmas in July" at the meeting on Saturday 4 July. Bring a gold coin donation, a plate of food to share, items for a "bring and buy" stall, Christmas wall hangings, quilts, table runners etc to help decorate the room. Proceeds from the raffle (bring your purse!) will be given to Spiritus.
