At the meeting this week Committee members received rave reviews about the Luscious Landscapes workshop taught by Lisa Walton. Everyone learned new techniques and lots about design, facings and embellishment. These quilts are not completed but it is anticipated that many of them will be for display at our September Exhibition.

Members have been busy in other areas too: our 2014 Art Union quilt has been quilted so is now completed! This is an unofficial preview photograph.

Oh my goodness, those Lucious Landscapes are truly beautiful.Well done ladies and thank you Lisa. I was gutted to not be able to be there. Am loving the raffle quilt, the tickets will sell like hotcakes. A good job well done by those involved.
