Spring has sprung which means it is time for our annual
Exhibition of Quilts and Other Fine Arts
Opening Saturday 17 September through to Friday 23 September 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
St Ursula’s Salo Centre, Rome Street, Toowoomba
Our raffle quilt this year is a stunning Dresden Plate. A queen sized bed quilt, hand appliqued, machine pieced and hand quilted by members. Tickets are only $2.00 each and proceeds to go to “The Bush Connection”.
“The Bush Connection” supports rural families who are suffering financial difficulties. Some of our rural families have been hit hard this year with the extensive flooding within our region, so we hope our funds from this quilt will help alleviate some of their distress.
