We had a large gathering this past Tuesday with 30 plus members coming together to stitch and enjoy each other’s company.
There was some show and tell quilts hanging up which brightened up our club room.
‘The Hungry Caterpillar’ quilt made by Lyn H (one of our newer members). Made for her grand-son, Jacob, for his second birthday. The Hungry Caterpillar is Jacob’s favourite bedtime story. Beautiful job, Lyn. Lyn has also made the quilt reversible with an embroidered version on the back.
Angela has made this beautiful charm quilt from charms received from friends here and overseas. She has machine quilted the charms in her own quilting design. Lovely work, Angela.
