Community Quilting

Members have been busy making Bed Runners for a local nursing home that will soon be moving in to a new complex, so the club's community quilting group got involved and with the assistance of quilters from Gatton and Warwick made 36 bed runners for the residents' to put on their new beds.

 Trish showed her completed Bargello Quilt. Looking wonderful!

A group project held recently helped members to make a hexagon drawstring bag. They are great and can be very useful for keeping sewing needs in.

 

Angela displayed a quilt she quilted on the sweet sixteen for a close friend.
